Technical Services Manager

David has been with Datanode since January 1994. His background includes 30 years of service in the Information Systems industry. He has served as the Vice President of Technical Services for Fortune 500 Mortgage Company, Telecommunications Manager for a Fortune 100 Oil Company and has worked in the banking, railroad, and distribution industries. He currently holds multiple certifications that include a CCNA and CCDA.

Senior Service Engineer

Nathan has been working with Datanode since 1993. He has over 20 years experience with both local and wide area networking and is proficient with many different local and wide area technologies. Nathan has extensive experience with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of a wide variety of network hardware from T1 channel banks to high-end Cisco routers, switches and firewalls. He is also conversant with several versions of Unix (both Linux and FreeBSD) as well as the current versions of Windows, both clients and servers. Nathan is a Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert, registration #2188, and recently received Cisco's 10 year CCIE award.

Service Engineer

Rick joined Datanode in 1994.  He has a wide variety of experience supporting various desktop networking applications, most commonly Citrix.  He has worked with Cisco routers, switches and firewalls, WatchGuard firewalls, CSUs, xDSL and general Internet connectivity.  Rick holds a CCNA certification from Cisco.
